Internally, the light finish and imaginative layout we have designed gives you something truly unique. Lodges are sold carpeted and ready for your own furnishings. All integrated appliances fi xtures and fi ttings are included. The Show Lodge is for sale , furnished, sited & landscaped. A new 3 bedroom Lodge is being built for us. Please ask for prices. 10 Year Warranty

Lodges carry a 10 year structural manufacturers warranty whilst remaining in the original Owners family. If the holiday lodge is sold outside the family, the lease is still for a minimum of 30 years.

Manufacturer and Design

Made in Derbyshire at one of Britain's most highly regarded manufacturers. Pinelog Holiday Lodges have consistently lead the way in traditional timber lodge design for the holiday home market.

Pinelog's 'New England' range is a new and contemporary design echoing the lodges of America's Maine coastline, resting perfectly in Kippford's Galloway setting overlooking the estuary of the River Urr.

Although the 'New England' range are new at Kippford, we have had personal experience of Pinelog's products elsewhere, and found them to be very reliable.

Pitch Fees and Rates

Pitch fees for Pinelog holiday lodges for the 2010 season are £3,065 (inc VAT) & Rates are around £710.

Holiday Lodges should be re-sold through the Park Offi ce, as we have to guarantee to the buyer their continued lease of the plot. We always recommend a fair re-sale price but sellers are not restricted to selling at our recommended value. We charge commission on the resale, the norm is 15% +VAT but for Pinelog Lodge Owners this rate can be as low as 5% +VAT.
